Marketing Operations Specialist

So, you want to work for an early-stage startup? We are looking for analytical-minded, marketing operations specialist who is interested in working intimately with our marketing and sales team to support, manage, and execute the marketing to sales funnel processes.

Workplace: You’ll work in a busy, open plan office at the Telephone Factory lofts overlooking the Beltline surrounded by the team. Need you in the office, not at home.

Team player: We’re not a large corporation, but some of our clients are. You’ll be part of a small, growing team. However, like any early stage start-up, you will be working closely with Product, Sales, Operations, Customers and Leadership team to bring innovative ideas to the business. Your input will directly impact the growth of Fitspot!

Compensation: $60K-$70K base. BYO health insurance.

In this position, you will:

  • Execute multi-channel marketing programs to support the demand generation needs of both our mid-market and enterprise sales team.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to obtain feedback on quality of MQLs & SQLs generated from marketing campaigns.
  • Partner closely with content marketing and graphic design team to ensure proper messaging, engaging visuals, timing,  execution of one-off and ongoing campaigns.
  • Design and implement email nurture tracks to nurture leads through the funnel.
  • Conduct A/B tests to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of all marketing and advertising channels.
  • Optimize campaigns based on results and integrate learning in overall strategy.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of demand generation trends, best practices, & tools.
  • Be responsive to the needs of the business (both inside and outside of marketing).
  • Identify actionable insights from our data and provide suggestions to teams on how to optimize the programs we have in place.
  • Identify opportunities for us to test into new ideas based off of funnel learnings.
  • Lead internal relationships with key technical and non-technical support teams to execute on business initiatives.
  • Build, maintain and present monthly, weekly and quarterly performance dashboards.
  • Assist with HubSpot and Salesforce tracking and campaign execution when needed.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues with data flows between our marketing automation and CRM ensuring data integrity is maintained.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • 2-3 years of B2B demand generation experience
  • Marketing automation experience (a must-have)
  • Solid knowledge of various paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search (Google AdWords), retargeting, social network advertising, and content distribution and placement networks
  • Experience with marketing automation systems such as HubSpot, Marketo, or similar
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM
  • Experience with Google Analytics is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on marketing metrics and continuous learning/improvement
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong project management skills, including: managing multiple projects, detailed scheduling, determination of critical path, and attentiveness to dependencies

Content and Social Media Strategist - Fitspot Wellness, Inc.   

About Fitspot: We make workplaces more active for more people. B2B2C. Start-up.

Team player: We’re not a large corporation, but some of our clients are... You’ll be our first in-house, full-time social media and content strategist. We want you to help develop and position Fitspot as a thought leader in the ‘wellness at work’ space. You will be working intimately with our Director of Marketing and, like any early stage start-up, this role will be working closely with product, sales, operations and leadership team to bring innovative ideas to the business. Your input will directly impact the growth of Fitspot.  

Experience and requirements: You must bring the minimum and then some.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications/Business or related field preferred

- 3-5 years social media and content strategy experience

- Experience in developing, and executing social media and content strategy across all verticals (social, digital, content, branding, paid)

- Capable of interpreting data to improve marketing KPIs

- The drive to do what is needed in a constantly evolving environment while maintaining a ‘big-picture’ view

Current Team: We have 12 employees in ATL and over 2000 FitExperts across the US.

Here’s what we expect from you:

- Plan, develop, manage and execute social media and content strategy that aligns with Fitspot’s north star

- Brand voice champion: make sure that all content created on website, blog, PR, etc., is cohesive

- Create and execute content for blogs, e-books, whitepapers, landing pages, email marketing, guest blogging, etc.

- Create and maintain processes, standards and distribution plans/timelines (we currently post on social daily (Instagram, Twitter, FB, LinkedIn) and post blogs biweekly)

- Utilize data driven insights to discover content opportunities at key points in client’s lifecycle (future clients, engage prospects, inspire our customers)

- Build and manage social and content calendar across all verticals (social, digital, content, branding, paid)

- Manage and grow content library ensuring tone, branding, usage is consistent across all social/marketing collateral

- Event management for local events

- Shortlead press outreach and relationship building

Sales Development Reps

Hours: 8:30am to 6pm

Workplace: You’ll work in a busy, open plan office in Midtown Atlanta surrounded by the team. Need you in the office, not at home.  

Team player: We’re not a large corporation, but some of our clients are. You’ll be part of a small, growing team. However, like any early stage startup, sales will be working closely with Product, Marketing, Operations and Leadership team to bring customer feedback and innovative ideas to the business. Your input will directly impact the growth of Fitspot.  

Current Sales Team: SDRs, AE, Account Management, Sales Manager  

Expectations: We have a great sales process for you and we expect you to book appointments!
